Credits can be purchased via credit card and can be deposited in your child's account so they can pick and choose what to spend the credits on. However, additional items are not required to play and enjoy Earth Eternal. The entire world is accessible to all players.

Yes, anybody with an account in good standing will have access to the Earth Eternal discussion board.
