Not sure if anyone has been experiencing this, but I noticed a huge drop in frame rate after the patch. In all honesty, I believe it might be more of a server/bandwith problem as last night I did an instanced dungeon and the game had to pause several times to reload (including in the middle of a fight with one of the dungeon bosses).

I was in shard 3 and I also have a FIOS connection which is ultra fast so it could more then handle downloading things at a faster pace.
