This goes out to everyone who is not an administrator on your computer, and wants to download the game. If you are not an administrator, you will keep getting an error message every time you install, firewall or not. So what you have to do, Once you click "save" on trying to install the game, a SparkPlay Installer file will be automatically saved on your computer, whether the installation works or not. Go to your start menu, and in the search box type in "Spark" and you should see a file named "SparkPlay Media Installer" or something along those lines. Right click it and click "Run as Administrator" It will ask for the password. Have the administrator type in the password, and you're golden. HOPE THIS HELPS!
