What if there was Weather you could make it like

Sunny:50%(0%at night)

Rainy:20%(25% at night)

Snowing: 5%

Cloudy:10%(25% at night)

Misty:5%

If you guys think its "too much" remember that at night the sun is out...

You should also add the sun and moon...

I do like the idea of having it rain on occasion though.

Not sure what those percentages are supposed to mean, but yeah, optional visual weather effects from time to time could be pretty cool.

I would really like this, as long as it's just for looks and won't affect my character.

I think it'd be kind cool if weather changed how you interacted with terrain.

I think weather would also be a good addition, but certainly not at the moment...

Can you imagine the lagg?

Interesting idea, I think it could be fun as long as it didn't decrease game performance on my computer.

Your percentages for Daytime weather only add up to 90%.  So it seems like 10% of the time we will be weatherless.  How about 'Raining Cats and Dogs' er, I mean 'Raining Felines and Fangren' 10%?

Well something like rain/snow makes you travel slower would not be fun.
