I can confirm the existence of the neck and leg pieces.  I haven't seen shoulder or belt pieces for either the Summer or Winter Witch's sets.

The belt and shoulders don't exist from what I've seen, but as Sebkha said, the neck and legs do exist. I will work on getting them for you.
