I've not found armor rating debuffs to be particularly influencial in most fights, but if you prefer to have them handy, stick with Wither/Malice Blast. That combination is still quite effective.

However, while my Psyche gear is only partly complete at this point, so far I've found that the higher damage I'm getting from Cryoblast easily compensates for the lack of a Frost debuff. Charging with Wither/Mystic Missle has been working fine, even though they don't provide the approriate debuff.

Most of the time the armour debuf will fade before you hit max charges, so only works on things that take 1-2 charges.. in which case it's completely pointless.

Thanks for all the feedback. As much as I want cyroblast, I think I'll stick to wither and malice for now. I don't have enough ability points for all the skills I want as it is and adding frost spear and wither together would decrease the amount of damage I can do. Perhaps later in the future, when I have some extra points. :)
