This clan IS a pvp clan. However, it's really an ANTI-PK clan. If you're wondering what an "anti-pk" is, here's your answer. We pk other pkers. So if someone is pking players that are simply trying to train, we go and kill them...over and over again if needed, or just until the area is safe for those that are just trying to train. Remember, this is an anti-pk clan, meaning that it is pvp based..which means that we will also be doing a lot of training/raids/crafting/etc. as a clan. For events...well we'll see what comes up in the future, but you will never be forced to particpate, just encouraged to it will not effect ur status in the clan .

With that being said hopefully this is a clan for you . (woot for smileys!)

Any other clan that is also an anti-pk clan will automatically be considered a "friendly" clan. So we will not (unless provoked) kill members of that clan that are pking. Also, skilling clans (or pve) will be on "friendly" terms (unless they are posted as an enemy clan). Don't be fooled though, we will also gladly ally with any pking group that asks. (It's always nice to be on friendly terms with pking clans )

 Alright, so i thought that I should just go ahead and make this clear...any1 that's looking for a clan but not interested in PvP, go ahead and join up if you want help with gaining lvls and making $$.                              Alliance/Enemy/War Forms:

**NOTE: If an event arises where a member of your clan kills a member of an allied clan, then declare war against us for sending someone to take care of the issue; then your clan will be ousted from the alliance and will be declaring war on all allied clans.**

- I Strongly urge anyone seeking an alliance with us to read these terms. there are pro's and con's for both PvP and PvE based clans.

In creating an alliance with us, you are agreeing to these terms: 

**"The Alliance" refers to all allied clans of the uprising clan only**

All allies, if war is declared on any ally of the Uprising clan, and the challenged clan calls for aid. Then you must make a post in your clans thread asking members to join the war. If an event arises as described in the "NOTE" section above, then you MUST join in on the war. Failure to perform the actions above will result in a suspension from our alliance(details of suspensions a at the bottom of this post).

Remember this, it's not about how helpful your clan is in the war. It's about showing up to support our alliance.

PvP based allies, if you kill members of an allied PvE clan, then the alliance has the right to kill the member(s) that made the pk for 1 hour, with no effect to our alliance. Mercenary clans, you are exempt to this rule if you are hired to kill a member of an allied clan. If there was provocation, you must be able to show evidence for this rule not to apply in this type of an event. You may ask for help from a PvE based ally, but if they are busy then you must leave them alone. If you keep bugging that clan for help while they are busy, then you are giving the alliance permission to kill your clan with no consequences for 1 hour. If any allied clan asks for aid with anything that deals with PvP, you must notify your clan and ask your members to go help. (Use your clans thread to show proof that you were trying to help)

PvE based allies, you are strongly encouraged to help any allied members with training when asked, as long as it does not conflict with what your clan has scheduled when asked for help. However, if an allied clan asks for help with an instance, then your clan must help, again, only if it does not conflict with your clans schedule. If there is a situation where your clan is busy and a player(s) will not stop bugging you, send a message to any member of the Uprising clan (you must be able to show evidence). If you or any of your members provoke a member of a PvP based ally, then you have given that clan permission to pk your clan without interferernce from our alliance for 1 hour. So warn your members about this rule, and let them know which clans are in our alliance. If a member of a PvE based ally clan kills a member of another PvE based ally then you may ask for help, but our alliance is not required to send any members to help. However, if there is spawn killing taking place, then notify us immediately and you will recieve aid. If too many of these occurences take place then the clan in question will be suspended from the alliance.

What's the point of this clan?

PvP requires consent [unless/untill they add areas that just being there activates the consent.]

If you're being PK'ed you gave the permission or should have been more careful where you were going.

Well if their pvp system is like the majority of other games, and they have open pvp in some of the training areas. Then this clan will pk the pkers.

If the pvp system is different (like runescape) then this clan will just be a pvp clan.(not anti-pk)

The system we know of:

- Requires consent.

- May have some open area [I think it was stated that if we have them they won't be required for quests.]

- No XP loss [none from death at all.

- No XP gain.

- No item/gold drops.

- No looting.
