Long ago, in a country not so far from here, a city began. This quaint city was known as Ohtee, and all of its inhabitants were happy. The city thrived on discussion and gossip, and there was always something to talk about. Everyone enjoyed life there, and they always had a good laugh. One day, however, a man began to speak gibberish. Nobody could understand a word that he said. Someone caught on, and began to speak nonsense as well. Eventually, little discussion could be had, and Ohtee lost its luster. Everyone was speaking in their own slang about the same thing over and over again. There were a few good discussions able to be had, but often they were ruined by others. The city council met and decided that this must stop. They sent forth wicked guards to defend the city of these nonsensical people. For a while these guards worked, and kept the streets clean. But soon, these guards became corrupt, and stopped discussions that were complete legitimate. On a rampage, all of the citizens resented these guards. Because not many goo discussions could be had at this point, a group of people recognized that this was wrong. Led by Random Art and Masterlin, they fled from the city of Ohtee and formed a colony out of the sight of this city. There they became happy once more, for they could hold their discussions and there were no guards to restrict them. They called themselves the Ohtee C.
