So, Im sure all of you have played runescape at some point, you know, that little badly graphiced game with a user base consisting of 8 yearolds? Good times, eh. Anyway, if any of you have logged ingot Runesuck lately, you would notice they have scrapped the SNES graphics and put in OMG 3D, in the style of a juiced N64. Either way, its looks pretty damn awesome now, in its "HD" mode, which means people with bad PC's can still play the not-so-lovable SNES version. You will also notice greatly improved and remixxed audio, both background music and action sounds, aswell as nice, not jerky character animations. Among these good updates, they have a horrible one: the wildy is now a non-pk zone, which meant that 90% of the player base is gone. I have walked in Varrok on my own, no one is around. Beacuse of this, the ecconomy has sufferd, and many things have rocketed up or down in price. Most notably, trim armour has gone WAY down, and ores and such have gone WAY up.

Anyway, this graphics update has re-awakened my little character guy, Diver41 from his slumber, and I was not so appealed to see that it has, infact, been taken over by Nazi's. They even made a nice little Swasticka thing in my bank, by arangeing onions. So i made a new guy called Gyrotonic, which sounds like rat poison but what the hey. Eitherway, I will probably play Failscape casually, when im not playing orangebox and my kinda small collection of Nintendo titles, and i invite you to join on a not-so-epic journery through the depths of polygon hell. I will be happy to provide any of you guys a iron full helmet, full body, legings and two handed sword thing, which looks impossible to carry.

We may even get a high enough level to kill a chicken!

As you can see, runescape has been very popular lately, just look how many people are playing!

And why is your computer on 24-hr time?

I bet everything is still really hard to find though.

I actually just peeked at the game a bit. The HD graphics are still [filtered] awful, but at least they don't make my eyes bleed. Conceptually, I've always liked RuneScape's skill-based system, but the game itself is just awful. It may be free, but I still don't think it's worth playing. I've got plenty of enjoyable games to occupy my time.

Is it possible for you to do a post without having atleast one thing filtered? You know, I made this thread so a few people could join me and play casually until EE's release and RS's demolitoon, which is extremely close seeing how little thier user base is compared to the past values. Just beacuse you dont like it, doesnt mean no one else does: I think its rather cute watching a really little guy run around with a huge, badass sword, and implanting it into a dwarf and still do no damage.

Well when I read the EE forums now I have a guy that just does skill stuff, so I added you on it and maybe we could chat sometime. My little guy's name is Nowaihozay. I was trying to find something that wasn't like 8778OmGbOt8778 or something stupid like that.

How did they make the wilderness a non-pk zone?

Jagex basically removed all player vs player combat that not in a arena, and instead filled the wildy with ghosts and copy pasta.
